The Australian Government is providing more support for Australians.
Households will receive up to $300 in electricity bill credit and eligible small businesses will receive up to $325 in credit, between July 2024 and June 2025.
For most people the credit will be automatically applied to your electricity bill.
You will receive two or four credits on your bill depending on where you live.
You will see each credit listed on your bill.
If you live in an embedded network such as an apartment block, caravan park, retirement village, or if your small business is located in a shopping centre, you may need to apply for energy bill relief.
